Digital Services Act


Information set out on this page is relevant to CiCi European users and it describes some of the measures we implemented under the Digital Services Act (DSA).

Point of contact

Users
We have designated a single point of contact for users for the purposes of the DSA: email us at DSA-single-POC@ciciai.com with queries related to the DSA. Please ensure you clearly indicate that your request is related to the DSA by adding "DSA" to email subject.


Authorities
We have designated a single point of contact for Member States’ authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services for the purposes of the DSA: email our legal representative at dsa@edsr.eu.

Please ensure that all requests are made in English (or, at a minimum, an English translation is provided) and that you clearly indicate that your request is related to the DSA by adding "DSA" to email subject.

Legal representative

Pursuant to Article 13 of the DSA, we have appointed EDSR Ireland Limited as our legal representative. Member States' competent authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services can address their queries related to the DSA:

Reporting illegal content

To report suspected illegal content on Cici, email us at DSA-single-POC@ciciai.com.
To help us properly review your report and assess whether the content is illegal, the following information must be provided as part of the report:

*Reporting content as illegal may have serious consequences. When you report content as illegal, you must be specific and provide supporting evidence to allow us to make an informed decision. If the report does not contain enough information for CiCi to clearly assess whether the content is illegal, we will reject the report.
